1. General Terms
Rajasthan Personal Driver provides personalized travel and transportation services throughout Rajasthan and India.
By using our services, you accept these terms and conditions in full.
These terms are subject to change without prior notice. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings must be made through our official website, email, or phone.
A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving a confirmation email or message from us.
We reserve the right to accept or decline any booking request at our discretion.
3. Payments
Advance payment may be required to confirm the booking.
The remaining balance (if any) should be paid at the beginning of the tour or as agreed upon during booking.
We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, and cash (where applicable).
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service.
Cancellation within 48 hours of the service may result in partial or no refund.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days.
5. Pricing Policy
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless mentioned otherwise.
Prices are subject to change based on fuel costs, toll charges, or government taxes without prior notice.
6. Travel Insurance
Rajasthan Personal Driver does not provide travel insurance.
We strongly recommend that you arrange appropriate travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances, accidents, or losses.
7. Liability
While we strive to provide safe and reliable services, we shall not be held responsible for any injury, loss, accident, delay, or inconvenience caused during the tour.
We are not liable for any third-party services such as hotels, guides, or other service providers booked through us.
8. Driver & Vehicle Policy
Drivers provided are experienced, professional, and well-acquainted with the local regions.
Vehicles are maintained in good condition; however, Rajasthan Personal Driver is not responsible for any mechanical failure or breakdowns during travel.
Clients must treat drivers and vehicles with respect. Misbehavior may lead to termination of services without refund.
9. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to behave responsibly and respect local customs and laws.
Any damage caused to the vehicle or any third-party property by the client will be chargeable.
