First and foremost, the wonderful Indian state of Punjab is famous for many things, like hospitality, food, people, bright yellow mustard plantations, swaying rice plants, golden wheat harvests, the smell of plants, and many more. The beautiful “Bread Basket of India” is also famous as a major tourist destination for its striking beauty. The state offers rich culture, nature, and religion for a wonderful vacation. The Amritsar 3-Day Tour Package is the best short break to start your first tour of beautiful Punjab.
Surprisingly, imagine immersing yourself in the vibrant spirit of Amritsar, a city steeped in history, culture, and spirituality. Undoubtedly, our Amritsar 3-Day Tour Package is the perfect way to experience the best of this Punjabi city. On day one, start your journey at the iconic Golden Temple, one of the most revered Sikh shrines in the world. Marvel at the stunning architecture, take a dip in the sacred sarovar, and indulge in the langar, a communal kitchen that serves thousands of devotees daily.
Next, visit the Jallianwala Bagh, a poignant memorial to the martyrs of India’s freedom struggle. As the day unfolds, explore the bustling streets of Amritsar, sampling the city’s famous street food and shopping for traditional souvenirs. On day two, delve into the city’s rich history with a visit to the Wagah Border. Here, you can witness the thrilling flag-lowering ceremony between India and Pakistan.
Lastly, on your final day, visit the Partition Museum, a unique museum that showcases the history of India’s partition. And then head to the rural outskirts of the city to experience the warm hospitality of Punjabi villagers. With our Amritsar 3-Day Tour Package, you’ll get to experience the essence of Amritsar—its history, culture, and warmth.
Our representative will pick you up from Delhi early in the morning and drive you to Amritsar. On arrival in Amritsar, you will check into the hotel following all the required formalities. In the afternoon you will have free time to rest. Around 15:00 you will visit the Wagah border to witness the amazing closing ceremony which starts sharp at 17:30 each day. It is a daily military practice carried out by the security forces of India and Pakistan. The "counting of the flags" ceremony to close the border is held every evening before sunset at the Wagah border. The ceremony begins with a rousing parade of soldiers from both sides and ends with the perfectly coordinated lowering of the flags of the two countries. After the ceremony, you will return to the hotel for the night.
After a healthy breakfast, you will visit various tourist attractions in Amritsar. The list includes Golden Temple (known as Harmandir Sahib), Jallianwala Bagh and Ram Bagh. Jallianwala Bagh has a sad history where many people were murdered by the East India Company during the revolution. The main attraction of Ram Bagh is the Summer Palace Museum of Maharaja Ranjit Singh, which also has its own history. Then you will return to the hotel for the night.
Our representative will drive you to Delhi early in the morning. On arrival in Delhi, you will be transferred to Delhi Airport/Railway Station for onward journey. You will have many good moments to remember for the rest of your life..

He drove my wife and I around Delhi and Agra for three days and we couldn’t have had a better first trip to India. We got to see all of the monuments with tour guides who know the history. He was always on time and very communicative. We will definitely seek his services again next time we’re in India! Tour was well organized, the driver was super friendly and helpful. Car was new. The tour guides were friendly and knowledgeable. Hotel in Jaipur was great, hotel in Agra was ok, but it seems in general that Agra is more touristy and therefore hotels and prices are different. Over all I can highly recommend this services. Our journey took us through Jaipur, Pushkar, Ranthambore National Park, Agra, and back to Delhi. Every hotel was thoughtfully selected, providing comfortable accommodations and delicious food. Throughout the trip, Brijesh shared incredible knowledge and valuable tips about each area we visited. Any last-minute request, from spa appointments to restaurant recommendations, was handled quickly and with excellent suggestions. The tour guides he arranged in every city far exceeded our expectations as American travelers. Brijesh is flexible, trustworthy, and genuinely fantastic company for a week. He truly curated a unique and special experience, and we are so grateful. We can’t wait to return and use his services again. Brijesh is the best!
